Global insurance brokerage Hub International (Hub) has completed acquisition of CFR, an insurance brokerage firm in Oklahoma, for an undisclosed amount.
Following the acquisition, a new regional entity called Hub International CFR has been formed in the region.
CFR chairman Jack Allen, Jr, CEO Robert Gardner and president Trey Biggs will join the newly created firm and will report to Hub International Western Region president Roy Taylor.
Roy Taylor said, "This acquisition realizes our goal of establishing a meaningful operation in Oklahoma."
CFR is a full service independent insurance agency that offers property and casualty, employee benefits, surety and personal lines products and services.
Hub International offers a comprehensive suite of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services through offices located in the United States, Canada and Brazil.
