QS7 standard AC servo drive
Overview
QS7 series standard AC servo drive is the third-generation prodution, optimized software algorithms, mature and robust hardware structure, power range covers from 100W to 5.5KW
Advantages
1) smooth command
Effectively smoothing filter of input pulse makes the speed and acceleration speed of motor more smooth, that will extend the life of the machine.
2) Vibration control
Using feedforward vibration control, vibrations from the head of machine and rack can be suppressed by simple adjustment. At the same time, there are four frequencies can be set and selected to control the vibration.
3) high-speed positioning
The bandwidth of speed response is 500KHz. Acceleration time(no-load)from 1rpm to 3000rpm is 15ms, low-speed performance is good. At 10rpm, the speed error is less than 0.1% after completion.
4) instruction track suppression
Using the new position algorithm, suppressing the fluctuation of position change, almost realize zero position deviation.
5) Significantly shorten the setting time
By adopting the new algorithm, the positioning time of the device can be greatly shortened
6) control mode switching
Position control, speed control and torque control are integrated. It can be switched when device is moving.
